1. Services We Offer
NexWin Capital Corp. provides real estate capital solutions:
Construction loans and ground-up build financing
Fix & flip acquisition and rehab capital
Bridge loans for timing-sensitive transactions
Investment property acquisition and refinance capital
Business and working capital for contractors
All loans are subject to credit approval, property appraisal, and full documentation.
2. Your Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By using our website, you represent that you can enter into a binding contract and have not been restricted from receiving credit. If you represent a business entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Application & Approval Process
Prequalification
Our Fit Check provides a preliminary assessment. It is not a commitment, offer, or approval. All loans require full underwriting, credit analysis, property appraisal, and our final decision.
Underwriting
Upon application, you authorize us to obtain credit reports, verify income and assets, order property appraisals, conduct title searches, and verify references.
Loan Terms
All terms, rates, fees, and conditions are disclosed in your Loan Estimate (within 3 business days) and Closing Disclosure (3 days before closing), per Regulation Z.
4. Your Responsibility
You represent that all information in your application is true, complete, and accurate. You agree to:
Disclose all material facts
Notify us immediately of material changes
Provide any requested documentation
Allow us to verify all information
Misrepresentation or fraud may result in loan denial, investigation, and referral to law enforcement.
5. Website Use
You may access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Reproduce or distribute content without permission
Attempt unauthorized system access
Interfere with website operation or security
Use automated tools without permission
Transmit viruses or malware
6. Liability Limits
Website and services provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Not responsible for loan denial or unfavorable terms.
7. Warranties
We disclaim all warranties. Information is for informational purposes only, not financial or legal advice. Consult professionals.
8. Your Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us from claims, damages, or losses from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law. For residential mortgages, you retain all legal rights without waiver.
